Rushi was born and raised in Canton, OH.  He fell in love with golf as a junior at the age of 9.  He competed extensively as a junior and attended NC State University.

 

Rushi pursued a career as a Playing Professional and trained under Dr. TJ Tomasi, Golf Magazine Top-100 Instructor.  His career included playing events all across the United States and multiple countries throughout South America.

 

Rushi became a Class A PGA Professional in 2015 and worked at various private facilities in South Florida.  Rushi then went to work for world renown instructor, Jim McLean at his golf school in Miami, FL for 5 years. 

 

While working for Jim McLean, Rushi received accolades such as being elected to the Golf Digest Best Young Teachers in America list multiple times. He was elected as the 2022 South Florida Southern Chapter Teacher of the Year. Rushi also has multiple articles published for Golf Digest and PGA Magazine. 

 

He competes regularly in PGA Section tournaments and has qualified for two PGA Professional's National Championships.
